AMPCO JET-SHEAR Mixer:

  • This unit installed on top of the tank allows you to hydrate, dissolve, disperse and emulsify up to 10 microns in a very constant and efficient way.
  • This mixer can be installed either in an open or closed tank for volumes up to 3785 litres (1000 usg).
  • If the tank is equipped with an agitator, a Jet-Shear can be used for volumes up to 15,412 litres (4000 usg).
  • Many mixing heads are available depending on the final viscosity of the product being made.
