Pumps designed for viscous products such as creams, chocolate, fruit jams, concentrates, emulsions, gels, glycerin, oils, ketchup, mayonnaise, molasse, mustard, resin, tomato sauce, shampoo, syrups, liquid sugar, yogurt, etc.
They can also pump liquids.
These pumps are standardly supplied with Tri-clamp connections but other sanitary connections are available.
All the positive displacement pumps listed below are available with or without either motors or motor-reducers mounted on fixed or portable stainless steel bases.
They are also available with pressure relief features either with a valve mounted on a by-pass or with a relief cover.

These pumps must be disassembled for cleaning
For volumes up to 1720 litres / minute (452 usgpm) and pressures up to 200 psi.
One particular model with 2” connections can reach up to 400 psi.
Available with single or double o-ring, triple lip seal, single or double mechanical seals.

These pumps are cleanable in place when properly mounted to a CIP system eliminating the requirement for disassembly for cleaning.
For volumes up to 1710 litres / minute.
Certain models can reach pressures up to 34 Bars (500 psi).
Available with front loaded single mechanical seals. Double mechanical seals also available.

Those pumps can pump viscous as well as liquid products and can be used asa CIP pump to clean the lines downstream, therefore two pumps in one.
For volumes up to 2575 litres / minute and pressures up to 24 Bars (350 psi).
Available with either single or double mechanical seals.
